In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak briefly.
Add ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer gently in the gravy for 15 minutes, until cooked through.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
