Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to wet mixture.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Scoop dough into balls, place on sheet, and bake 9–11 minutes.
  7. Let cool 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Chill dough before baking for thicker cookies.
  • Add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
