Ingredients
  

  • 16 graham cracker halves
  • 8 large scoops vanilla chocolate, or s’mores ice cream
  • 8 squares milk or semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff or 8 large marshmallows
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers for edges

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 8 graham cracker halves on it.
  2. Top each cracker with a square of chocolate.
  3. Add marshmallow fluff or a lightly toasted marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
  4. Place a scoop of ice cream over the marshmallow layer.
  5. Top with remaining graham cracker halves and gently press to form sandwiches.
  6. Freeze sandwiches until firm, about 1 hour.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap individually for storage.
