Method
- Sear chicken in butter or oil.
- Cook onion and garlic.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and spices.
- Pour broth and add pasta.
- Return chicken and pressure cook for 6–8 minutes.
- Quick release pressure.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.
