Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add chicken and lightly sear.
- Stir in orzo and broth.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and seasoning.
- Pressure cook for 5–6 minutes.
- Release pressure, stir, and garnish.
Notes
Do not overcook orzo. Add extra broth when reheating if needed.
