Ingredients
  

  • 250 g shrimp
  • 250 g smoked sausage
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme

Method
 

  1. Sauté sausage
  2. Add vegetables and garlic
  3. Stir in rice and seasoning
  4. Add broth and tomatoes
  5. Pressure cook 8 minutes
  6. Add shrimp and rest
  7. Serve hot
