Method
- Sauté chicken in oil until lightly browned
- Add garlic and cook briefly
- Mix in honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar
- Pressure cook for 8–10 minutes
- Quick release and remove chicken
- Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry
- Return chicken and coat well
Notes
Adjust sweetness and spice level based on preference. Works well with vegetables added at the end.
