Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes optional
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Sear chicken in olive oil.
  2. Cook onions and garlic.
  3. Add broth, lemon juice, and spices.
  4. Return chicken and add potatoes.
  5. Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Release pressure and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor
  • Add extra herbs for stronger taste
