Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. Sauté cumin seeds in oil.
  2. Add onions and cook until golden.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.
  4. Mix in spices and salt.
  5. Add chicken and potatoes.
  6. Pour water and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Release pressure, add garam masala and cilantro.

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels as needed
  • Use broth for extra flavor
