Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup yogurt optional
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger
  2. Add tomato puree and spices
  3. Add chicken
  4. Pressure cook 8–10 minutes
  5. Release pressure
  6. Stir in cream
  7. Simmer and serve

Notes

Blend sauce for smoother texture. Adjust spice level as needed.
