Method
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Mix honey, milk, and vanilla; add to dry mix.
- Form dough, wrap, and chill for 30 min.
- Roll dough to ⅛ inch thick, cut into rectangles, prick with fork.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 min. Cool completely.
Notes
- Store up to 1 week airtight.
- Freeze up to 2 months.
- Maple syrup can replace honey.
- For crispier crackers, bake slightly longer.
