In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently until combined.
Fold in M&M’s, chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into squares.
