Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop mixture with a spoon or cookie scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place on a tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter with no added sugar or oils for best results.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 tbsp extra peanut butter or honey.
  • For a protein boost, add 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder.
  • These bites freeze well for up to 3 months.
