Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add gradually to wet mix.
- Stir in oats and any add-ins.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden at edges.
- Cool and enjoy.

- Swap raisins for cranberries or chocolate chips.
- For chewier cookies, slightly under-bake.
