Method
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and cardamom.
- Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Divide dough, shape into logs, wrap, and chill 2+ hours.
- Slice dough into ¼-inch rounds and place on lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle or dip tops of cookies.
- Let glaze set before serving or storing.
