Method
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and toss steak bites for 30–60 seconds.
- Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning.
- Ribeye or strip steak can be used for extra juiciness.
- For added flavor, finish with a squeeze of lemon or a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
