Ingredients
  

  • pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
  • Fresh parsley or chili flakes optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and toss steak bites for 30–60 seconds.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning.
  • Ribeye or strip steak can be used for extra juiciness.
  • For added flavor, finish with a squeeze of lemon or a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
